Office Breakout Areas

Somewhere to properly switch off or team up, not just a spare corner with a beanbag.

The best office breakout areas do two jobs at once: somewhere to properly step away from your desk, and somewhere a quick chat can turn into real collaboration. We design and build them around how your team actually wants to use the space.

Office lounge at Breedon, soft seating with a tea point beyond a timber slat screen

Breakout area at Thornton & Ross, high tables and stools beneath a planted oval ceiling raft, with a wall-mounted screen

Glazed meeting pod at Schneider Electric with a green feature ceiling, sofa seating set outside it
