After initially intending to relocate from their existing warehouse based premises, QBOL reviewed their short term options due to the uncertain times brought about by the pandemic. The final decision was to give the existing offices a revamp to create a nicer working environment for the staff.
The traditional outdated typical warehouse office consisted of bare block walls, limited light levels, and a very uninspiring space! Our design set to work to create a dramatic difference, including; great breakout facilities, new reception space, and informal meeting points. Whilst this project was a temporary solution, investment was put into the furniture package with consideration to the longer term goal of moving premises. QBOL were keen for the office to reflect their strong brand image whilst keeping the scheme on-trend.
The building interiors delivery team successfully completed the works on-time to a high standard. The QBOL team have told us they are blown away with the transformation and end result!
After trying the traditional route of architect and builder and being not satisfied with the outcome on both cost and design, Innovate decided to negotiate with Building Interiors and adopt our full Define, Design and Deliver service in order to create a great space for their clients and staff to work from.
