After trying the traditional route of architect and builder and being not satisfied with the outcome on both cost and design, Innovate decided to negotiate with Building Interiors and adopt our full Define, Design and Deliver service in order to create a great space for their clients and staff to work from.
The Building Interiors Process: Define, Design, Deliver, was instrumental in the success of this project. Working with our client to get back to the original goals, aspirations and desired outcomes of the renovation helped us Define the brief in greater clarity. The Design process then became seamless and our initial proposals and visuals for the space were well received by the Innovate team. Finally our Deliver process ensured the vision was achieved and all practical elements from structural elements, external works and full interior fit-out were successfully implemented.
The client completed a traditional Tender selection process for their scheme, they were specifically looking for a design and refurbishment company for the Northern Area, who could offer a high level finish to add to their preferred delivery team.
