The client got in touch to refurbish York House at Tadcaster Enterprise Park. The brief was to develop this space into serviced offices with various suites at different sizes to accommodate a range of tenants. The client wanted something enticing to draw tenants in, to make them feel comfortable and to adapt to the new ways of working.
We delivered a full floor of new office suites along with a boardroom, quiet rooms, hot desking, booths, and a large tea point/breakout/dining area. The look and feel transformed into a classic, modern spec with retro elements! The client wanted quality within this scheme that would stand the test of time, it’s all in the details! This scheme was fun to work on as it was a little quirky and leans towards a resimercial feel!
