 What the client was looking for?

The Menlo team had outgrown the serviced offices which they were in and wanted their new building to be a modern, collaborative space which reflected their innovative approach to healthcare recruitment.

Scope of what was delivered?

We stripped out what couldn’t be re-used, and retained what could, to create a ground floor Client Meeting & Employee wellbeing area and a First floor Workspace. We created offices and meeting rooms, tea points, new toilet areas with funky wallpaper and a gym & shower.

How Building Interiors delivered what the client needed?

From our initial brief, we Defined what the client wanted and how they needed the space to work for them.
We then Designed initial 2D layouts to ensure they could fit, followed by fully rendered 3D visuals to bring the design to life and ensured the client fully understood the look and feel.
Once a detailed costing had been approved, we set our site team to work and Delivered the scheme, including all the finishing touches to give the space its own personality!
