Having spent many years in one of Leeds older office buildings which had become cramped and lacked natural light, our brief was to create a modern, bright space which would satisfy both corporate client facing areas and a fresh, spacious open plan office and breakout areas for their staff. There was also a fixed cost to work within so our team worked hard with value engineering options to bring the scheme on budget without compromising the look and feel.
Define Stage;
We spent a lot of time initially consulting with the client to understand how their business needed to work. We assessed their existing filing requirements and advised on a new, neater form of storage using built in storewall cupboards.
Design Stage;
From this, our designers worked up a plan which included the requisite number of meeting rooms, workstations and social spaces. Once the plan was confirmed , we produced a series of 3D visuals to help the client understand how the finished scheme would look.
Deliver Stage;
Whilst onsite our Project Manager Craig, and site supervisor Jordon kept in close contact with the client every step of the way. As often happens throughout a scheme, changes were requested and implemented throughout the duration without impeding the programme.
