Having trusted Building Interiors with the Design and refurbishment of their previous premises, Interiors Goods Direct got back in touch with us when they took over the former Mamas and Papas warehouse and retail space in Huddersfield. They were looking to expand both the manufacturing and office sides of the business, a smart contemporary space for colleagues and visitors alike that reflected their core brands.
We created contemporary workspaces within both the existing warehouse and retail spaces. Giving careful consideration to the 3-storey glass atrium that linked the floors, we designed and installed bespoke wall features and joinery to provide an impressive entrance to the building.
We installed new ceilings, walls, flooring, washrooms, and lighting as well as new furniture throughout. Colleagues now have an airy workspace and a large comfortable breakout space in which to relax and meet.
Our client had a strong vision of what they wanted, so we listened and then applied our knowledge and expertise to realise that vision. As this was designed by our in–house design team and carried out by our own site team, we had complete control over the design decisions and details, and this translated into a unique project.
