Energetics, near Glasgow, needed to relocate to larger premises and approached Building Interiors to look at their new 3 floor building, consider their needs and provide design & space planning for Reception area, 200+ desks, meeting & breakout areas.
They wanted an exciting & quality scheme which would reflect the company’s personality & drive. We focused on design, space planing and fit-out.
Building Interiors constructed a new reception area & meeting rooms to the Ground floor, which comprised new feature flooring, ceiling & wall details, bespoke furniture & seating areas.
We laid quality carpets and feature flooring, tea-points & breakouts areas to floors 1 & 2 as well as Electrical & data installations, decorations, desking & seating for over 200 people.
After successfully designing the scheme to accommodate the required numbers, Building Interiors started work on the 2nd floor to enable early occupation by the client. The entire 3 floor project was completed within a 10-week programme – on time & on budget.

The scheme included cleaning & sealing existing ceiling details, creating feature bulkhead & column details, architectural glass, feature walls, new aluminium windows, bespoke seating and creative pipework installations.
New Furniture ranged from stunning Vitra pieces to contemporary systems furniture.
