Boxxe were extremely forward thinking in providing a workplace of the future that suited both staff, clients and supply partners. The brief was to design an agile workplace that provided an excellent working environment for staff to work in flexibly taking into account; a great visitor experience, a good integration of technology, various work settings, a large briefing space for impromptu meetings or presentations, a café bar to provide a relaxed space to eat, drink and collaborate.
Full refurbishment including; Strip-out, structural alterations including introduction of staircase between floors, mechanical & electrical alterations, exposed ceilings, feature lighting, flooring, decoration, bespoke joinery items throughout, audio visual installations, furniture and dressing.
An open approach from our client in adopting modern methods of working resulted in our design team having a free hand to explore various innovative spaces and inspirational ideas for the space. Building Interiors were selected to deliver the scheme due to meeting the design brief and carefully analysing constraints of the building to ensure the success of the scheme at delivery stage.
Building interiors took responsibility for the design and installation of the project from consultancy to building control liaison and full project delivery.
