Program:The scheme was delivered successfully and snag free in an 11 week program of works.

With a view to collating MTS`s businesses to one location, MTS sourced a new unit with sufficient warehouse space for their storage and a small front office section. This left MTS with a short fall of office space.   WHY?

Further to the client’s designers / subcontractors selection process, Building Interiors were engaged by MTS to complete a space plan design and project cost for a potential site extension. With this in place it allowed MTS to compare the value of this particular site to others sites with appropriate warehouse and office space already in situ.

Following our clients searches and with Building interiors design/costs in place, they found that this particular site along with the added expense of a new office build to suit their needs, was cost effective against other locations.

Building Interiors were then further engaged to design and build MTS`s new office extension and fit out as noted below:-

  1. Design and Build
  2. Planning consent
  3. Building Controls
  4. Structural reports
  5. Space planning
  6. Office fit out
  7. Furniture installation
  8. Offices finishes down to:- external signage, pictures, plants and office desk equipment
  9. Exterior and interior building cleans
